The Field, 2016

An old Arabic / Hebrew dictionary,

the words: Grass / Sky and ink jet printer.

The jet printer printed only two words grass and sky multiplied, repeating on the themselves to

create fields of colours. This work (like some others of my work ) touch on political subject but from

the point of view of the individual and society. In this work there is an utopian picture of Hebrew /

Arabic side by side. The thing is that this landscape is totally empty, the nothingness is what holds

it all together. The papers on the wall are saturated with long description of a situation which

actually mount to nothing in particular, just air. It is like finding the right equation to solve a problem,

only to find out that it is a cloud in the air.
